We will explore one of North Carolina's most beautiful and popular waterfalls! Catawba Falls River Trail is an out and back 2.3 mile trail and is considered moderately challenging in intensity, good for all fitness levels
Experience relaxation and deepen your connection to mind, body and spirit with daily meditations and gentle flow yoga sessions. All fitness levels are welcome.
Forest bathing, also known as shinrin-yoku is a therapeutic mindfulness practice that involves using your senses to connect with nature. It provides relaxation, connection and a sense of inner peace and gratitude
Indulge in an ultimate relaxation experience provided by Asheville Onsite Massage Spa Services. Enjoy your choice of massage, facial or both! Services include relaxing music, spa robes, slippers, candles, aromatherapy and organic facial products.
Facilitated discussions and journal prompts led by Host, Sam Koepp, RN, NC-BC. You will be provided with tools to help ditch negative thought patterns and limiting beliefs, leaving you feeling inspired and empowered to create a life you love!
Participate in instructor led mindfulness practices, including grounding exercises, gratitude, meditation and breathwork. Regardless of your level of experience, these tools can provide value and be used in your everyday life to reduce stress, increase positivity and promote a sense of calm and inner peace

The waterfall hike is roughly 3 miles and considered moderate to strenuous in intensity (depending on your fitness level). You'll be able to go at your own pace and take as many breaks as you need!
Absolutely! Notify host who you'd like to room with at time of booking. All cabin reservations are first come, first serve, so the sooner you submit your request the better!
$500 deposit is non-refudable and remaining balance is due two weeks prior to time of retreat. In the event of unforseen circumstances, travel insurance is strongly recommended.
All women over 18 are welcome!
2 continental style breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners are provided, as well as snacks, fresh fruit, coffee/tea and water. Please let host know in advance if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions
All activities are optional. You 'll be encouraged to listen to your body and participate as little or as much as you'd like.
You'll be given a packing list and we will have a group zoom call prior to the retreat to go over everything and answer any questions you may have.
The closest airports are Asheville (less than an hour drive) and Charlotte (around a 2 hour drive)
